Robert Cormier 1922-2005 CAP-PELÉ, NB - Robert Cormier, 83, of Bas Cap-Pelé Rd., Cap-Pelé passed away on Monday, January 24, 2005 at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Regional Hospital, Moncton. Born on January 23, 1922, he was the son of the late Amédée Cormier and the late Eda LeBlanc. Prior to his retirement, he was a fisherman and the proprietor of a "boucanière" in Bas CapPelé . He is survived by his wife, Marguerite (Fougère) Cormier; his children; Loretta Cormier (Roméo), Jean-Louis Cormier (Lucille), France Cormier (Lydia), Denise Donelle (Roger) and Maurice Cormier (Lori) all of Cap-Pelé, Oscar Cormier (Gloria) of Kitchener, ON., Nicole Duhame (Henri) of Mattawa, ON., Enna Boudreau and Anne Cormier both of Grand-Barachois; two brothers, Amée et Gérard (Enna Donelle) all of Cap-Pelé; two sisters, Evelyn Léger of Shediac, Hectorine Boudreau of Cormier Village; 16 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. He was predeceased by one son, Bertin and two sisters, Yvonne and Andréa. Resting at Funérarium Frenette, 2642 Acadie Rd., Cap-Pelé (577-3297) on Wednesday from 2 to 4p.m. and 7 to 9p.m. and Thursday from 10a.m. until time of departure. The funeral mass will be held at 11a.m. on Thursday, January 27, 2005 at Ste. Thérèse d'Avila Roman Catholic Church, Cap-Pelé. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
