Armand J. "Tabac" Foster 1912 - 2005 Armand J. "Tabac" Foster, 92, of the Villa Providence, and formerly of Weldon St., Shediac passed away on Wednesday, February 9, 2005 at the Villa Providence. Born July 17, 1912 in Malakoff, he was the son of the late John Foster and the late Léonie Caissie. He was a heavy equipment operator with the Dept. of Highway for 27 years prior to his retirement. He was a past member of the Silver Sands Seniors Club in Shediac. He is survived by his daughter, Gail Bourque (Aquila) of Moncton; three granddaugthers, Stephanie, Christine and Veronica; and by several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife Mae (McLellan) Foster (1995); three sisters, Florence, Andrea, Thérèse; and by five brothers, Edward, Art, John, Robert and Leo. The family will receive family and friends at Frenette Funeral Home Ltd., 396 Main Street, Shediac (532-3297) on Thursday, February 10, 2005 from 2 to 4p.m. and 7 to 9p.m. and Friday, February 11 from 10a.m. until time of departure at 10:50a.m. The funeral mass will be held at 11a.m. on Friday, February 11, 2005 at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church in Shediac.
