Rita Duguay 1924-2005 DIEPPE, NB - Rita Duguay, Of Acadia Street, Dieppe, passed away at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital on Thursday, February 24, 2005 at the age of 80. Born in Memramcook, she was the daughter of the late George Bourgeois and the late Alvina Leger. She worked at Acadia Printing prior her retirement. She had a passion for Bingo. She is survived by her husband, Albert Duguay; four step-daughters, Sylvia (Donald) Surette and Lucille (Herbert) Leger both of Dieppe, Alice (late Jim) Long of Riverview, Diane (Charle) Hebert of St-Marie; two sisters, Adela (late Gerard) Cormier of Old Shediac Road, Bernice (Rene) Dupuis of Lynn, Mass; two brothers, Henri (Mai) Bourgeois and Zoel (Emilie) Bourgeois both of Moncton; and by eight step grandchildren; seven step great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her first husband, Gilbert Boudreau; her step mother, Marguerite Bourque; one sister, Corinne LeBlanc. Resting at Dupuis Funeral Home with visitation on Sunday, February 27, from 7 to 9 pm, on Monday, February 28, from 9:30 to 10:30 am. Funeral Mass at St-Thomas de Memramcook Church, St-Joseph, N.B. Interment in St-Anselme Cemetery in the spring. Father Daniel Deveau officiating. Arrangements are in the care of Dupuis Funeral Home.
