Gladys L. Fenton Gladys L. Fenton, 93, of McNair Manor Riverview and formerly of Crystal Drive, Riverview passed away at her residence on Thursday, March 24, 2005. Born in Nixon Settlement, daughter of the late Harvey and Adella (Collier) Geldart. Gladys was a member of Hillsborough United Baptist Church and attended Riverview United Baptist Church for the past eight years. She was a member of the Hillsborough United Baptist Church W.M.S. and formerly taught adult Sunday school classes for several years. She enjoyed quilting, writing poetry and working at Jigsaw puzzles. Gladys will be sadly missed by her daughters, Carol Lauder (Dale), Riverview, Brenda Barkhouse (Gary), Quispamsis; son, Terry (Donna), Riverview; grandchildren, Tammy Rossiter (Greg), Tracey Dunnett (Stephen), Brent Barkhouse, Christopher Barkhouse (Nicole) and special grandson, Jerry Fenton (Dawn); great grandchildren, Cara, Courtney, Katelyn, Isaac, Tyler, and Ethan; son-in-law, Carl Nelson, Riverview; daughter-in-law, Carol Vautour, Moncton; sister, Laura Smith, Fredericton; brother, George Geldart (Eileen), Nixon Settlement; several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her husband, Morley Fenton (1997); daughter, Kathleen Nelson; son, Morley Jr.; sisters, Hazel, Edna and Kathleen; brothers, Harold and Roy. Visitation at Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858-1995), Saturday 2 to 4, 7 to 9. Funeral service at Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home Chapel, Sunday, March 27, 2005, 2pm; Rev. Jonathan Gorham, Rev. Dean MacDonald officiating. Reception following the service. Interment, Curryville Cemetery.
