Joseph Henri Cormier WHITBY, ON - Joseph Henri Cormier formerly of Moncton, NB passed away peacefully at the Village of Taunton Mills, Whitby, ON on June 17, 2005. Born in Scoudouc, NB on March 6, 1933, he was the son of the late Theotime and Ida (Melanson) Cormier. Henri retired from General Motors after 41 years. He was beloved husband to Cora (Noel); loving father of Angie and Lisa; dear brother of five sisters, Florence LeBlanc, Moncton, NB, Edna Carroll, Shediac, NB, Lucilda Marsh (Gerald), Miramichi, NB, Yolande Gaudet (Edgar), Halifax, NS, Helen Beemer (Merlyn), Regina, Sask; one brother, Herve Cormier, Shediac, NB. He was predeceased by two sisters, Lillian Arsenault and Marianne Richard; one brother, Romeo Cormier. Mass of Christian Burial was held at Church of St. Gregory The Great, Oshawa, ON,.Monday, June 20, 2005 with Father Guenter Petricek officiating. Interment was in Resurrection Cemetery.
