January 2, 1929 - March 2, 2009. Passed peacefully away at Carbonear Hospital on March 2, 2009, beloved mother, grandmother & great-grandmother, Jeanne Marie Jarvis (Haran), age 80 years. Born in St. Pierre and long-time resident of Hr. Breton, Jeanne is predeceased by her husband, Ed Jarvis. She is lovingly remembered and sadly missed by her children: Pat (Joan); Frank (Ethel); Cecelia (Al), with whom she resided; Yvonne (Churence); Gerald (Sheryl); Peter (Pat); 17 grandchildren & 14 great-grandchildren. Also mourning her loss are her brothers: Jean (Halifax); Frank (Montreal); her sister, Irma (France); her brother-in-law Pat, her sisters-in-law: Martha, Violet & Gladys; a large circle of nieces, nephews and friends. Special thanks to Drs. Reddy, Jones and the 6th floor nursing staff at Carbonear Hospital for their care. Remains resting at Spencer’s Funeral Home , Hr. Breton.
