Roger Maillet SAINT-THOMAS DE KENT, NB - Roger Maillet, 75, of Saint-Thomas de Kent, NB, husband of Victorine (LeBlanc) Maillet, passed away at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital, on Sunday, September 25, 2005 after a lenghty illness. Born in Bouctouche, NB, on July 16, 1930, son of the late Ferdinand Maillet and Béatrice Allain. He was a fisherman and attended Saint-Jean Baptiste Roman Catholic Church, Bouctouche. He is survived by his wife, Victorine Maillet; one daughters, Monique Melanson (Denis) of Cocagne; two sons, Jean-Guy (Annette), Adrien (Paulette) both of Saint-Thomas de Kent; two sisters, Huberte Caissie (Edouard) of Saint-Thomas de Kent, Odette Richard (Adrien) of Waltham, Mass; three brothers, Oswald (Juliette), Bernard (Rosa) both Saint-Thomas de Kent, Réginald (Patty-Ann) of Moncton; seven grandchildren, Martine, Marcia, Michel, Sylvie, Chantal, Monica, Rémi; one great granddaughter, Katia; several nephews and nieces. Predeceased by one sister, Fernande, and one brother, Eugère. Resting at Maillet Funeral Home Ltd., 29 rue de l'église, Bouctouche with visiting hours on Monday from 7 to 9 and Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 5:30 to 6:45 pm. Funeral Service will take place at Saint-Jean Baptiste Roman Catholic Church, Bouctouche on Tuesday, September 27, 2005 at 7:00pm. Interment in the Parish Cemetery.
