Greta Muriel Kervin 1912 - 2005 Greta M. Kervin, 93, of McNair Manor in Riverview passed away at her residence on Sunday, October 2, 2005. Born in McLean Settlement on May 4, 1912 she was one of eight children of the late Alexander and Olivia (Jones) MacLean. She was the widow of Harry Thomas Kervin who predeceased her in 1971, and was predeceased by her son, Paul Kervin in 1975. Greta was a loving mother and homemaker and worked for NB Tel Co. and the Moncton Hospital. She is survived by her daughter, Carol A. Chambers and her husband, Robert of Manchester, Maine; son, Kenneth T. Kervin and his wife, Karen of Courtice, ON; sister, Winona Douthwright and her husband, James of Moncton; four grandchildren, David Chambers, Wendy Brown (Winfield), Krista Marshall (Gordon) and Sean Kervin; also by five great granddaughters, one great grandson and by several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at Tuttle Brothers Funeral Home, 171 Lutes St. Moncton on Wednesday, October 5, 2005 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm. The funeral service will be held at Tuttle Brothers Memorial Chapel, Moncton on Thursday, October 6, 2005 at 11:00 am with Rev. Aaron Billard officiating. Donations in Greta's memory made to the NB Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by her family. Interment will be in Fair Haven Memorial Gardens.
