M. Jean Coliton PORT PERRY, ON - M. Jean Coliton (Nee McDonald) passed away peacefully in her 102nd year at Westshore Village, Port Perry, Ont. Daughter of the late Alice T. Mc Donald and Senator John A. McDonald. Predeceased by her husbands, Charles Bird and James Coliton; brothers, Jack, Derek and Gordon and sister, Greta. She leaves behind her brother, Laird. She will be deeply missed by her son, John Baird; daughter, Barbara Megarry and son-in-law, Roy. Remembered with love by her grandchildren, Andrew, Kevin and Lianne Megarry and great grandchildren, Tanya, Deanna, Gregory, Ryan, Mathew and Carina. Born in Halifax, N.S., early years in Amherst, N.S. and early married life in Shediac, N.B. Moved to Toronto in 1939. She kept her sense of humour and style to the end. Visitation will be held at LOW & LOW Funeral Home, Uxbridge, 23 Main St. (905) 852-3073 on Friday, October 28, 2005 from 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Mass at the Sacred Heart Parish, 70 Toronto St. N. Uxbridge on Saturday, October 29, 2005 at 11 a.m. After service reception will be held at the Megarry residence, 683 Davis Drive, Uxbridge. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that a donation be made to the Red Cross Earthquake Fund.
