Marion Robertson 1917- 2005 Marion (MacDonald) Robertson was born in Thorburn, Pictou Co. NS, July 21, 1917. She moved to Moncton with her husband of 63 years, Reg Robertson. She was a member of Mountain View United Church where for many years she was involved in youth and women's groups. Marion is survived by two sisters in Nova Scotia, Bar MacDougall and Gladys Morrison; a son, Ervin (Brenda) of Ingonish, NS. and daughter, Faye (Rocky) of Moncton. She was predeceased by Reg on September 11, 2005. Part of our wonderful Mother's life was taken away five years ago when she was diagnosed with Alzheimer's and had to be placed in a nursing home. Marion was a resident at Spencer Memorial Home for two years and Camden Park Terrace for three years. She passed away at her residence in her 88th year with her daughter and care givers at her side. There will be no public visitation or funeral service. Following cremation, a private family graveside service will be held in Fairhaven Memorial Gardens.
