Marilyn Eagles SALISBURY, NB - Marilyn Joyce Eagles, 69, of Salisbury Back Road passed away peacefully Sunday, November 13, 2005 at home. Born in the Rawleigh Township, Ontario, she was a daughter of the late Bruce and Pearl (Johnson) Russell. Marilyn worked for a short time as a Registered Nurse before dedicating herself to raising her family. She was a volunteer at the Jordan Home, a former Sunday School Teacher, Pioneer Leader and loved to work in her gardens. She was a member of Grace Baptist Church, Lutes Mountain. Survived by her husband of 48 years, Herbert J.; children, Cheryl Wortman (Peter) of Salisbury, Heather Dwyer (Dan) of Stoufville, ON, Kim Eagles (Grace) of Riverglade, Sheila Steeves (Danny) of Havelock, Ken Eagles (Dawn) of Salisbury, Keith Eagles (Tanya) of Salisbury, Ruth Simmons of Salisbury; 20 grandchildren; sisters, Mildred Vercelli of Michigan, Ada Lenover, Mary Lou McBurney and a brother, Allan Russell all of Ontario. Predeceased by sisters, Phyllis, Rita, Doris and Geraldine; and a brother, Stanley. Resting at the Salisbury Funeral Home, 3350 Salisbury Road (372-4800) with visiting Tuesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and from where the funeral will be Wednesday, November 16, 2005 at 2 p.m. with Pastor Jason Cochran officiating. Interment at Pine Hill Cemetery, Salisbury. If so desired, memorials to Back To The Bible or a charity of choice would be appreciated by the family. www.keirsteads.ca
