Passed peacefully away at his residence on Tuesday, March 3, 2009, Robert White, at the age of 63 years. Predeceased by his dad Gordon. Leaving to mourn his loving wife and best friend of 40 years, Eleanor; his sons David (Kelly) and Darrell (Carrie); grandchildren: Ryan, Rhiannon, Evan and Quinn; mother Gertrude White; brothers: Gordon (Ruth), Donald and Charlie; sisters: Rosalind and Barbara; brothers-in-law: Ivan (Phyllis), Morley (Beverley), Jim (Marie); sister-in-law Neta, many other relatives and friends. Special thanks to the staff at St. Clare’s, Health Sciences Centre, and Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Clinic. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 73 Commonwealth Avenue, Mount Pearl on Thursday, March 5th, 2009, 10 a.m.- 12 noon, 2 p.m.- 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral service to be held at the Church of the Ascension, Smallwood Drive, on Friday, March 6th at 2 p.m. Interment to follow at Anglican Cemetery, Kenmount Road.
