Daryl Hugh Stewart 1953 - 2006 MIRAMICHI, NB - Mr. Daryl Stewart, husband of Linda (Godfrey) Stewart, of Big Ferry Road, Miramichi, passed away in Plaster Rock, on Thursday, January 5, at the age of 52. Born in Chatham on March 5, 1953 Daryl was the son of Bernice (Russell) Stewart and the late George P. Stewart. Besides his wife, he is survived by his two children, Robert (Tanya) Stewart and daughter, Allison Stewart; five brothers, Wayne (Beatrice) Stewart, Miramichi, Ricky Stewart, Miramichi, Gary (Peggy) Stewart, Miramichi, Donnie (Patsy) Stewart, Miramichi and Mark Stewart, Miramichi. He is also survived by his three sisters, Karen (Robert) Fitzgerald, Miramichi, Edna Stewart, Miramichi and Jeannie (John) Stewart, Nanimo, B.C.; two grandchildren, Billy and Emma; also several nieces and nephews. Funeral arrangements are in the care of Maher's Funeral Home, Miramichi, NB, with visitation on Saturday, January 7 from 7 to 9 and Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Funeral will take place on Monday, January 9 at 2:00 pm at St. Andrew's United Church. Interment will take place in the spring at Moorefield Cemetery.
