Myrna (Lewis) Sherwood
Myrna (Lewis) Sherwood MONTEAGLE, NB - Myrna Grace (Lewis) Sherwood, 58, of Monteagle passed away by accident on Rt. 106 Thursday, January 26, 2006. Born in Moncton she was a daughter of the late Chesley and Robie (MacKenzie) Lewis. An employee of the Spencer Memorial Home where she worked as a registered attendant she was a member of Second North River United Baptist Church and she trusted her Lord. Myrna enjoyed her clients and doted on her pets. She will be remembered for her cheerful laughter and pleasing personality. She was an accomplished crocheter, enjoyed growing flowers and was a fabulous cook. She is survived and lovingly remembered by her sons, Stephen (Dawn), Campbell River, B.C., Darrin (Kelly), Salisbury; grandchildren, Lee Douglas and Kaelan, (she had been eagerly anticipating the arrival of her third grandchild this spring); her sister Bessie Lutes (Harris) of Monteagle; brothers, Bruce Lewis (Dorothy) of Salisbury, Reg Lewis (Joanne) of Riverview, Keith Lewis of Monteagle, the father of her sons, Lee Sherwood; and by several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a niece, Jocelyn. Resting at the Salisbury Funeral Home, 3350 Salisbury Road (372-4800) with visiting Sunday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. The Funeral will be held from the Second North River United Baptist Church on Monday, January 30 at 2 p.m. with Pastor Mark Hunter officiating. Interment at the Monteagle cemetery.
