Frances V. Windle 1910-2006 Frances Windle, 95, of Moncton, passed away peacefully at her residence on Sunday, February 5, 2006. Born in Amherst, NS, on May 24, 1910, she was the daughter of the late Venanties and Elizabeth (Miller) Dowling. She is survived by her son Thomas Windle of Moncton; one daughter Gwendolyn Rice (Vincent); several grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins. There will be no visitation prior to the memorial service to be held on Friday, February 10, 2006 at 11:00 am in the chapel of Fair Haven Funeral Home, Fr. Bernard Sloan officiating. Interment in Fairhaven Memorial Gardens. In addition to her parents, Frances was predeceased by her husband, Thomas L. Windle, one brother, and one sister.
