Elizabeth Henry STEEVES MOUNTAIN, NB - Elizabeth Martha Henry, 72, of Homestead Road, Steeves Mountain, passed away Saturday, February 11, 2006 at The Moncton Hospital following a lengthy illness. Born at Meadow, Albert Co., she was a daughter of the late Trunhum and Janie (Bannister) Steeves. She was an active member of the Second North River Baptist Church, where she enjoyed weekly bible study and had served as a deacon and was a former volunteer at the Spencer Home. For many years, together with her husband, they operated the former Henry's Motel and Restaurant. She will be sadly missed by her loving family including her beloved husband of 52 years, William (Bill); children, Michael (Marilyn) of Salisbury, Karen MacLeod (Doug) of The Glades, Kimberly Crandall (Daniel) of Salisbury West, Kate Mrazek (Ernie) of Halifax, Brenda Sewell (Stephen) of Moncton, Heather Stanley (Jason) of Hamilton; nine cherished grandchildren; two great grandchildren; sisters, Mona Steeves of The Glades, Ruby Lewis (Darryl) of Forest Hill, Alberta Marr (Hilliard) of Magnetic Hill; brothers, Everett Steeves (Anna) of Hillside, Clinton Steeves (Emily) of Petitcodiac; and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by an infant daughter, Cynthia; brothers, Clarence and Roy Steeves. Resting at the Salisbury Funeral Home, 3350 Salisbury Road (372- 4800) with visiting Monday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. The Funeral will be held from Second North River Baptist Church on Tuesday, February 14, 2006 at 1:30 p.m. with Pastor Mark Hunter officiating. Interment at Fairhaven Cemetery, Moncton. If so desired memorials to the Second North River Baptist Church Building Fund or the N.B.
