Stephen Duguay 1951 - 2006 Stephen Duguay, 54, of Moncton, passed away on Friday, February 24th, 2006 at The Moncton Hospital. Mr. Duguay was employed with security at both Crystal Palace and Champlain Place. He is survived by his fiancee, Edie Veilleux; his mother, Gabrielle; one son, Richard; one sister, Melinda; three brothers, Denis, Harvey and Allan; three nieces, Audrie, Chantel and Amanda; and also by one nephew, Kevin.
