Suddenly at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Thursday, March 5, 2009, of Mr. J. Frank McAulay of Charlottetown, former mayor of The Town of Parkdale, age 73 years. Beloved husband of Marie (nee Campbell) and special father of Jeff (Elizabeth) and Terry (who predeceased him in 2001). Frank will also be sadly missed but fondly remembered by his grandchildren, Callie McAulay and Cydney McAulay; his brother, Father Clark McAulay, C.S.s.R; sister-in-law, Betty McAulay; and numerous nieces and nephews. Resting at the Hennessey Funeral Home until 9:45 Monday morning, then transferred to St. Pius X Church for funeral mass at 10 a.m. Interment to take place at a later date in the family plot at St. Eugene’s Parish Cemetery, Covehead. If so desired, memorials in Frank’s memory can be made to the P.E.I. Humane Society or the Salvation Army. At Frank’s request there will be no visiting hours.
