POWER, Barbara — It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Barbara Bernice Power, age 52, of Outer Cove, former town clerk of The Town of Logy Bay-Middle Cove-Outer Cove. Waiting the arrival of their youngest child are her parents John & Mary Power; brothers: infant Gerald; Gerald (Ocean Ranger); Ronald; and brother-in-law George Holwell. Left to celebrate her life are her brothers and sisters: Kay (Gerry Fewer); Jim (Anne Lynch); Anne (George Holwell, deceased); Nix (Fae); Mary (Alex Field); Frances (Ted Williams); Gordon; Donna Codner; Delores (Kevin Roche); and numerous nieces and nephews. Aunts and uncles: Lizzie Cahill; James Hickey (Loretta); Betty Hickey; and Kay Hickey; sister-in-law Gloria Power; brother-in-law Arnold Codner; as well as a large circle of other relatives and friends.
