Mary D. Dryden The death of Mary Della (Beers) Dryden, the last surviving member of her immediate family, of Currie Avenue, wife of the late Roy A. Dryden, occurred on Sunday, June 11, 2006 at St. Joseph's Hospital. Born in Targetville, NB, she was a daughter of the late Phineas and Mary (Young) Beers. Mary was a member of All Saints Anglican Church and the Pythian Sisters. She is survived by son, Roy (Marion) of Moncton; two grandchildren, Cynthia (Andrew) Taylor and Susan Dryden; two great-grandchildren, Alexander and Samantha; several nieces and nephews. Besides her husband and parents, she was predeceased by daughter, Theresa Marie; brothers, Aubrey and Robert; and sisters, Elizabeth, Jessie and Helen. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB, (506-634-7424) with visiting on Tuesday, June 13, 2006 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, June 14, 2006 from Brenan's Funeral Home Chapel at 11:00 am. Interment will take place in Cedar Hill Extension Cemetery.
