Gertrude Bernice Lynds 1922-2006 FORDS MILLS, NB - Mrs. Bernice Lynds, wife of the late Harry H. Lynds passed away peacefully at Stella Maris Hospital, Ste Anne de Kent on July 3, 2006 at the age of 84, after a courageous battle with cancer. Born in Bass River, NB she was the daughter of the late Augusta Campbell and Gertrude Dunlay. She is survived by one son, Wayne (Jessie), two grand daughters, Haley (Ronnie), Barb (Derek), seven great grandchildren, Morgan, Austin, Brooke, Clay, Chase, Rankin, Leyton. Stepsons and daughters, Randy (Dorothy), Harry (Detty), Leona (George), Ramona, Ronnie (Ginette), Boyd (Gail), Charles (Vera), Eleanor, Karen, Myles. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by two brothers, Everett, Angus, one sister, Helen (Nellie) and one stepson, Bob. Resting at Thompson's Funeral Home, Richibucto (523-4252) with visiting hours from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 Thursday, July 6. Funeral service will be held at St James Presbyterian Church, Beersville at 2pm Friday, July 7, 2006. Interment to follow in the Church Cemetery.
