Jean M. Williston
Jean M. Williston 1914 - 2006 BAY DU VIN, NB - Jean Mildred Williston, widow of the late Warren W. Williston, of the Leaside Grove Manor and formerly of Bay du Vin, passed away at the Miramichi Regional Hospital, on Thursday, July 20, 2006, at the age of 92. Born in Black River Bridge, on March 10, 1914, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Sarah (MacLean) Kelly. She was a homemaker and a member of St. John the Evangelist Anglican Church, Bay du Vin; a member of the A.C.W.; a member of the Black River Senior Citizens Club. She is survived by one daughter, Gweneth McConnell (Father Richard), of Rothesay; two sons, Rev. Phillip Williston (Janet), of Thailand and Dale Williston (Jane), of Ottawa, Ont.; eight grandchildren; one great grandchild; as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Warren, in 1981. Visiting will be at Adams Funeral Home Ltd., 140 King St., Miramichi, on Saturday only, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral service will be held from St. John the Evangelist Anglican Church, Bay du Vin, on Sunday, July 23, 2006, at 2 pm, conducted by Rev. Don Hamilton. Interment will be in the church cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to any charity of the donors' choice, would be appreciated by the family.
