Mr. Lawrence F. MacDougall 1931-2006 MIRAMICHI, NB - Mr. Lawrence Frederick MacDougall, husband of Garlene MacDougall, of Route 117, Black River Bridge, passed away at his residence on Friday, August 11, 2006 at the age of 74. Born in Black River Bridge on October 15, 1931, he was the son of the late Frank and Inez (MacDonald) MacDougall. He was self employed as an Oil Burner Technician in Ontario prior to retirement. He is survived by his wife, the former Garlene Young; one daughter, Jamie MacDougall of Black River Bridge; one son, Frank MacDougall (Wendy) of Cambridge, ON; five grandchildren, Brittni, Patrick, Tiffany, Lyn, Luke and Chad; three great grandchildren, Ricardo, Rodrigl and Chase; one sister, Catherine Westcott of Miramichi; one brother, Willard MacDougall of Black River Bridge; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by five sisters, Louise, Verne, Ida, Stella, and Rhoda; five brothers, Bud, George, Harold, Alexander and Norman. Visiting will be from Adams Funeral Home Ltd., 140 King Street, Miramichi on Monday only from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral Service will be held from Adams Funeral Home Chapel, on Tuesday, August 15, 2006 at 2pm, conducted by Rev. Derek Krunys. Interment will be in the Black River Community Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Diabetic Assoc. or The Heart and Stroke Foundation, would be appreciated by the family.
