Donald W. McAllister MONCTON, NB - Donald Wilfrid McAllister 88, of Moncton and formerly of Grand Falls, NB passed away peacefully at The Moncton Hospital on Wednesday August 23, 2006 following a brief illness. Born in Temple, NB he was the son of the late John and Elizabeth (Simmons) McAllister. Don was a retired CPR Mobile Supervisor with 34 years service, member of St. Augustine's Roman Catholic Church, 4th degree member Knights of Columbus Monsignor Roy M. McDonald #8084, member of the Moncton Legion Branch #6, Irish Canadian Cultural Association, Air Force Association of Canada, Veteran of the 2nd World War, served with the R.C.A.F. Don will be lovingly missed by his wife of 59 years, Mary (McGaughey) McAllister; daughters, Margaret MacMillan (Art), Bedford, NS; Marilyn McAllister-Munn (Trent), Moncton; grandchildren, Adam, Matthew and Ashley MacMillan, Kathleen and Jordan McAllister-Munn.
