Peacefully at the Margaret Ellis Stewart unit of the Community Hospital, O’Leary on Saturday, March 7, 2009 with her family by her side of Annie Lena “Mae” Yeo beloved wife of the late Lorne J. Yeo, formerly of Cascumpec age 89 years. Born on July 12, 1919 she was the daughter of the late Percy and Pearl nee Collicutt Baglole. Dear mother to Lillian (Cliburne) Locke of Springvale, Charles (Sylvia) of Creston, B.C., James (Laverne) of Cascumpec. Loving grandmother to Tanya Yeo (Kerry) and Corey Yeo (Nicole), Colleen (Harleigh) Canfield, Evan (Susan) Locke Ellen (Randy) Locke Dorion. Great-grandmother to 6 great-grandchildren and great-great-grandmother to 1 great-great-grandchild. Dear sister to Vera (Late William) Robinson of the Margaret Ellis Stewart Home O’Leary, Emma (Ed) Spenchuck of Windsor, Ont., Jessie (Leslie) Hardy of Alberton, Archie (Judy) Dunbar of Montrose. She was predeceased by sisters, Mona (Late) David Lockhart, Bertha (Jake) Fortier. Ena (Late Gordon) Carr. She was also predeceased by stepbrothers and sisters Lorne Dunbar, George Dunbar, Fred Dunbar, Eric Dunbar, Martha (Late Alton) Gordon and Thirza (Late Glenn) Matthews. Resting at the Rooney Funeral Home, Alberton. Visiting hours Monday from 6 to 9 p.m. Funeral on Tuesday afternoon from the Gordon Memorial United Church Alberton for funeral service at 2 p.m. Rev. John Wilson and Rev. Robert Lockhart officiating. Interment later in the Cascumpec United Church Cemetery.
