Esther L. Cudmore 1929 ~ 2006 Esther Cudmore wife of Roy J. Cudmore, passed away at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital on Monday, October 2, 2006. Born July 16th, 1929 in Inkerman, NB, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Elmire (Boudreau) Landry. Esther had a passion for music, especially classical and gospel. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Roy J. Cudmore; daughters, Linda Cudmore of Burnaby, B.C., Susan Hicks (Doug) of Grande Digue, Sandra Lefort of Edmonton, Alberta, Sharon Beaumont of Riverview, and Shelley Richard (Bernie) of Dieppe; grandchildren, Jennifer Crocker (Scott) of Dieppe, Duane Hicks of Grande Digue, Jesse Lefort of Edmonton, Alberta; great-grandchild, Reese Crocker; brothers, Claude Landry (Albina) Caraquet, Rheal Landry (Marielle) Quebec, Conrad Landry (Alvina) Caraquet, Roger Landry, Ontario; sisters, Sister Claudia Landry, St-Simon, N.B., Gracia Wray, Barrie, Ontario, Patricia Poirier (Real), Florida; as well as several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother, Amedee Landry in 1988. Resting at Fair Haven Funeral Home with visitation on Wednesday, October 4th, 2006 from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm and Thursday, October 5th, from 12:00 o'clock until the time of the funeral service. The funeral service will take place on Thursday, October 5th, at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Fair Haven Funeral Home, Pastor G. Edward Shaw officiating. A reception will follow the service in the Garden View Reception Room of the funeral home. Interment in Fairhaven Memorial Gardens.
