Alice R. (Betty) O'Hanley Alice R. (Betty) O'Hanley, 81, of Shediac Cape, passed away at The Moncton Hospital on Saturday, October 7, 2006. Born in Moncton, Betty was the daughter of the late William and Edith (Wilson) Walker and was a member of Wesley Memorial United Church, Moncton. Betty will be sadly missed by her children, Peggy Read (David), Jeanie Smith (Phil), both of Shediac Cape, Bill (Liz), Edgewater; grandchildren, Becky Pratt (Jody), Amy Bellemare (Brennan), both of Shediac Cape; great grandchildren, Billy, Emily and Maggie; several nieces and nephews. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, John A. (Jack) O'Hanley (February 2002); brothers, Leslie and Tom. No visitation by personal request. Funeral Service at Wesley Memorial United Church, St. George Street, Moncton, Wednesday, October 11, 2006, 2pm. Rev. Dr. Philip G. A. Griffin-Allwood officiating. Reception in the church hall following the service. Interment St. Martin's In The Wood Anglican Church Cemetery, Shediac Cape. In Betty's memory, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or memorial of choice would be appreciated.
