Mary Jacqueline (Mabel) Maltby MIRAMICHI, NB - The death of Mary Jacqueline (Mabel) Maltby widow of Morrison Maltby of Miramichi, NB, occurred at the Miramichi Regional Hospital on Friday, October 6, 2006 at the age of 86. Born in Newcastle, NB, Mabel is the daughter of the late James and Laura (Claney) Hubbard. Mabel was a Homemaker and a member of St. Andrew's Anglican Church. Mabel is survived by three daughters, Jacky Tozer (Jasper Mills) of Miramichi, NB, Elizabeth Sheasgreen (Edward) of Sunny Corner, NB and Linda Vautour of Miramichi, NB; four sons, Blair (Jan) and Doug (Judy) all of Riverview, NB and Bob (Mary) and Ernest (Ann) all of Miramichi, NB; two sisters, Catherine Gallon of Nelson Miramichi, NB and Lillian Steeves, Moncton, NB; 19 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brother, Leonard; one sister, Cleora; grandchild, Jan; great grandchild, Emma; and son-in-law, Gary Vautour. Visitation will be held at Bell's Funeral Home on Sunday, October 8, 2006 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. Funeral Service will be held on Monday, October 9, 2006 at 11 AM from St. Andrew's Anglican Church with Rev. Richard Steeves officiating assisted by Rev. Wilfred Langmaid. Burial will take place in the Miramichi Cemetery. In Mabel's memory a memorial may be made to St Andrew's Anglican Church Building Fund.
