Kathaleen Isabella (Kaye) York 1922 - 2006 The death of Kaye York, widow of Ivan York, of Jones Street Moncton occurred at the Dartmouth General Hospital, Dartmouth, NS on Monday October 9th 2006. Born in Cape Tormentine, NB December 21, 1922 she was the daughter of the late Almer and Martha (Snook) Allen. Kaye had worked in customer service with Eatons for many years before her retirement several years ago. She is survived by her daughter, Faye York of Annapolis Royal, NS; her sons, Tim (Marlene) York of Halifax and Andrew York of Moncton; her sister, Gwen Payne of Sackville as well as eight grandchildren, and three great grandchildren. In addition to her parents Kaye was predeceased by her husband, Ivan in November 1998. By personal request there will not be any visiting or Funeral Service. A graveside service will be held on Saturday October 14, 2006 at 11 am in The Bayfield Cemetery, Bayfield NB.
