Mary L. Williamson 1908- 2006 RIVERSIDE-ALBERT, NB - Mary Williamson, 98, of Forest Dale Home, Riverside-Albert passed away peacefully on November 19, 2006 at the nursing home. She was born in Point Wolfe on June 7, 1908 the daughter of the late Malcolm and Lucinda (McKinley) Rossiter. Mary worked with NB Tel until her retirement in 1968. She was a member of the St. Stephen's United Church in Alma, she was a lifetime member of the Hopewell Hill Women's Institute, Friendship Senior Citizen's Club and a member of the Albert Hospital Ladies Auxiliary. Mary was very involved in her community when she was able. She loved to knit, crochet, quilt and enjoyed times gardening and reading. She was a very special lady who will live on in the hearts of her family forever and will be fondly remembered by all who knew her. She will be deeply missed by her loving daughter, Rowena Young of Riverview; her precious grandsons, John Allen Vautour (Alice) of Sussex and Dale Vautour (Sandra) of Moncton; her cherished great grandchildren, Robert Vautour (Athena), Kim Vautour and Candice Wade (Joshua); great grandson, Billy Vautour; and by her special niece, Lois Butland (Earl). She will also be missed by several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her husband, John; daughters, Daphna Lockhart (Dean) , Louise Evans; and by her son in law, Jack Young. She will be resting at the Albert County Funeral Home with visitation on Tuesday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. The Funeral Service will be held at the Albert County Funeral Home on Wednesday, November 22, 2006 at 2pm with Rev. Val Chongva officiating. Interment will be held in the Hopewell Cemetery, Hopewell Hill. Following the service, the family will be meeting with relatives and friends for further sharing of memories and refreshments at the funeral home.
