Dorothy Trenholm 1954-2006 PORT ELGIN, NB - After a lengthy struggle with Cancer, Dorothy Trenholm, age 52, of Port Elgin, passed away peacefully at the Moncton City Hospital on Saturday, November 18, 2006. Born in Sackville, she was a daughter of the late Arthur and Marion (Armstrong) Colwell. Dorothy was a member of the Port Elgin United Church and was a restauranteur in Port Elgin for 5 years. She will be deeply missed by her husband, Earl; her five sons, Jason (Tracy), Oromocto, Jeffrey (Tammy Brown), Port Elgin, Paul (Jennifer Roach), Port Elgin, Timothy (Tanya), Port Elgin, and Tyler, Gagetown; five grandchildren, Tyson, Jayne, Jacob and Halee, Ethan; four sisters, Bari, Donna, Beverley, and Crysti; two brothers, John and Brian. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Jones Funeral Home, 3 West Main St., Port Elgin (538-2241) where visiting hours will be held Monday, November 20, 2006 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. The Funeral Service will take place at the Jones Funeral Home on Tuesday, November 21, 2006 at 2 pm, Rev. James Shaffner officiating. Burial will follow in the Fernwood Cemetery.
