Hilda Brotherton 1921 - 2006 LINDSAY, ONTARIO - Hilda Brotherton entered into rest at the Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay, Ontario on Friday, November 24th, 2006. Hilda in her 85th year, was the beloved wife of the late John Brotherton (1999). Loving mother of Winnifred and her husband Ron Bateman of New Brunswick. Lovingly remembered by her three grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Dear sister of Gladys Wood of Toronto and predeceased by her brothers, Phillip and John. Dearly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Friends were invited to call at the Stoddart Funeral Home, 24 Mill St., Lindsay, ON K9V 2L1 (toll free 1-877-427-8434) on Sunday, November 26th, 2006 from 2:00 to 4:00pm. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Monday, November 27th, 2006 at 2:00 pm. Interment in Dunsford Cemetery.
