Bruce Leaman

Bruce Leaman 1949-2006 WHEATON SETTLEMENT - Bruce Alen Leaman of Murray Road, Wheaton Settlement passed away Sunday, November 26th, 2006 at the Moncton Hospital. Born at Intervale he was a son of Helen (Lounsbury) Dow and the late Orville Leaman. Bruce was a School Bus Driver with District 2 and worked many years for the W.I. Goddard & Sons Holstein Farm. He attended St. Jude's Church in Salisbury, was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 41, Petitcodiac and the Petitcodiac Sportsman Club. Survived and sadly missed by his wife of 38 years, the former Loretta Steeves; his mother, Helen of Moncton; his sons, Neal (Christina) of Sylvan Lake A.B., Wade (Mary Alice) of Fawcett Hill, Justin (Natasha) of Wheaton Settlement; two loved grandsons, Damien and Joshua Leaman; a brother, Gerald (Lynn) of Ontario; a sister, Sheila Galipeau (Paul) of Upper Coverdale. Survived also by brothers in law, Mike (Marilyn), David and Armand (Margaret); sisters in law, Alice (Rob), Jackie (Laurie), Alma and Debbie (Fred); several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, co-workers and friends. Predeceased by a brother, Ivan. Resting at the Salisbury Funeral Home, 3350 Salisbury Road (372-4800) with visiting Tuesday, November 28th, 2006 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Parish prayers and sharing of memories will be at 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, November 28th, 2006. The Funeral will be held Wednesday, November 29th, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. from St. Jude's Roman Catholic Church, Salisbury. Interment will be at the Wheaton Settlement Cemetery. A Reception will follow at the Church. If so desired, memorials to the Friends of the Moncton Hospital (Cardiac Unit) would be appreciated by the Family. www.keirstead.ca
