C. Edwin (Eddie) Lovelock 1925-2006 C. Edwin (Eddie) Lockhart 81, of Moncton with his family at his side passed away peacefully at the Moncton Hospital on Thursday, November 30th, 2006 after a brief illness. Born in Long Island, New York, he was the son of the late Charles and Bertha (Fitzsimmons) Lovelock. Eddie was a former employee with Hi-Lite Electric and a former Oil Burner Mechanic. He was a Life Member of Royal Canadian Legion Sunny Brae Branch # 54 and was a Veteran of the 2nd World War, served overseas with the U.S. Army. Eddie will be sadly missed by his daughters, Bessie Jackson (Bill), Memphis, TN, Charlene Kirby (Late Fred), Little River, Ardena MacPherson (Gary), Elliott Lake, ON, Debbie Darte (Leroy), Bethany VanBuskirk (Al), Vickie Dobson, Marilyn Lovelock, Mary Dawn Briggs all of Moncton; 14 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; sisters, Phyllis Neves, Joy Jones (Leonard), both of Moncton, Lois Deeter, Texas; brother, Dean Lovelock (Lorraine), Moncton; several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his wife, Jessie (Stewart) (1992); sisters, Marjorie, Lillian; brothers, Roger, Peter.
