Wendy A. Bland 1975-2006 Wendy Bland of Moncton passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 19th 2006 at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital. Born in Halifax on November 11th, 1975, she was the daughter of David and Carol (McDonald) Bland. She attended Moncton High School and was the Assistant Manager of Burger King in Dieppe where she had been employed for over 15 years. She is survived by her parents; her close friend, Neal and their daughter, Emily; a brother, Scott (Trina) of Moncton; Maternal Grandmother, Leyola McDonald of Halifax; several aunts, uncles and cousins also from Nova Scotia. At the request of the family, there will be no visitation prior to the memorial service to be held in the chapel of Fair Haven Funeral Home at 1:00pm on Friday, December 22nd. A reception for Wendy's friends and family will follow the service in the Garden View Room of the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Oncology Unit of the Dr. George L. Dumont Hospital. Interment in Fairhaven Memorial Gardens.
