Stewart E. Wilson 1929-2006 COLPITTS SETTLEMENT, NB - Stewart E. Wilson, of Colpitts Settlement, passed away suddenly on Sunday, December 24th, 2006 at the Moncton Hospital at the age of 77. Born in Colpitts Settlement he was the son of the late William and Willa (Colpitts) Wilson. He was a school teacher, having started his teaching career in rural schools and retiring from Frank L. Bowser School, Riverview, after 35 years in the profession. He was a member of the N.B.T.A. and the Forest Glen Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Hilda (Kaye); children, Judith (Judy) Wilson of Moncton, John Wilson (Lee) of Westville, NS, Janice Wilson-LeBlanc (Raymond) of Little River; sister, Neta Hopper (Wendall) of Colpitts Settlement; grandsons, Jeremy Wilson who is in Thailand teaching and Joshua Wilson of NS; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a sister, Pauline LeBlanc. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Armstrong's Funeral Home, Petitcodiac, where visiting hours will be held Wednesday, December 27th, 2006 from 6 to 9pm. The funeral service will be held from Armstrong's Funeral Home on Thursday, December 28th, 2006 at 1pm, with Pastor Leonard Geldart officiating. Burial will take place in Wilson Cemetery.
