Margaret Ellen Heilman (nee McDonald), passed away on March 7, 2009 in Moose Jaw. She was born in Moose Jaw and until recently lived in her original home. She attended William Grayson School, and after graduating from Central Collegiate took a business course and worked as a bookkeeper for Security Lumber for several years. After marriage to Vince in 1945, she was a stay at home devoted wife and mother. Predeceased by her parents, Jim and May McDonald, a newborn son, Wayne, and devoted husband, Vince, November 9, 2000. She is survived by her children Barbara (Hugh) Johnson – Calgary, Lynn (Sam) Der – Moose Jaw, Jim – California, Jack (Sue) Moose Jaw, Kathleen (Bruce) Cherewyk – Calgary, and Karen Kennedy – Moose Jaw; fifteen grandchildren, five step-grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren; four sisters-in-law, nephews and nieces. Margaret belonged to the Mizpah Chapter, Eastern Star and St. Aidan Anglican Church. In keeping with her wishes, there will be a Graveside Service at Rosedale Cemetery on Wednesday, March 11, 2009 at 1:30 pm. Following the Graveside Service friends are invited to join the family at W.J. Jones & Son Family Centre, 262 Athabasca St. E., for a time of fellowship at 2:15 pm. Reverend Betty Bradley will officiate. Memorials to Ina Grafton Gage Home, 200 Iroquois St.E., Moose Jaw, S6H 4T3, would be appreciated.
