Laura Lester CANAAN FORKS, NB - Laura June Lester, 52, of Cherryvale, Canaan Forks passed away at home January 27, 2006 following a sudden illness. Born in Cumberland Bay she was a daughter of Orland Clark and the late Clara Anna Neves. Survived by her husband, Winston; father, Orland and his wife Betty, Cumberland Bay; her sons, Robert (Becky), Riverview, Winston Jr. (Stacey), Cherryvale, Douglas (Kim), The Glades; grandsons, Noah and Gerald; eight sisters; two brothers and several nieces and nephews and cousins. Predeceased by her mother, Clara; a sister and two brothers. Resting at the New Canaan Baptist Church, Tuesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and from where the funeral will be Wednesday, January 30, 2007 at 2 p.m. with Rev. S. Valji officiating. Interment at the New Canaan Cemetery at a later date.
