Rebecca Colburne The death of Rebecca Colburne of Geary, NB, occurred at the Oromocto Public Hospital on Wednesday, February 14th, 2007. Born in St. John's NL she was the daughter of the late John and Mary (Fowler) Taylor and the wife of the late Joseph Colburne. Survived by two son, Herbert Colburne (Sharon ) of Geary and John Colburne (Jocelyn) of Geary; five daughters, Kathleen Best (Clode) of Geary; Shirley Underwood (Ronald) of Geary; Lillian Wright (Maurice) of Ontario; Eileen Millard (Kenneth) of Calgary and Betty Crosby (Terry) of Alberta; 20 grandchildren and 41 great- grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents; husband, Joseph; two sons, Donald and Ronald. There will be no visitation by request. A memorial service will be held at the Oromocto Select Community Funeral Home Chapel on Sunday, February 18th, 2007 at 2:00 pm. Rev. Ken Weir officiating. Interment will be held at a later date.
