Marjorie G. Kierstead CANAAN FORKS, NB - Marjorie G. Kierstead, 95, of Canaan Forks, passed away Monday, March 26th, 2007 at the Moncton Hospital. Born in Cherryvale, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Carolyne (Greeno) Corey. She is survived by daughter-in-law, Gloria Corey of Havelock; sister, Mary Burke of Amherst; brother, Archibald Corey of Havelock; grandchildren; great grandchildren; great great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; step daughter, Eileen Alward; step son, Gerald Kierstead (Mavis) and their families. She was predeceased by her husband, Allan Kierstead; son, Arnold Corey; brothers, Russell Corey, Allan Corey, Ernest Corey. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Armstrong's Funeral Home, Petitcodiac. Visiting hours will be held at the New Canaan Baptist Church on Tuesday, March 27th from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 28th, 2007 at 2pm, Rev. N. Graham officiating, at the New Canaan Baptist Church. Burial will held in New Canaan Cemetery.
