Mavis F. Trenholm 1924 - 2007 Mavis F. Trenholm of Moncton passed away at The Moncton Hospital surrounded by family on Friday, May 25th, 2007, following a lengthy illness. Born in Lakeville Corner, NB on January 19th, 1924. She was the daughter of the late William and Catherine (Thompson) Beatty. She was a self-employed businesswomen of Trenholm's General Store. She is survived by her daughters, Marcia Wood (Tom) of Irishtown and Kathy Wood (Howard) of Moncton; sister, Marie Brogan of Fredericton; sister-in-law, Della Rushton (Don) of Oxford, NS and Ina Chase (Isreal) of Moncton; brother, Claude Beatty of Moncton; grandchildren, Tracey, Jeff, Lance, Tom and Trevor; great grandchildren, Chelsea, Josie, Jacob, Keira, Kolby; as well as several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Charles A. Trenholm; sisters, Alice, Violet and Nell; brothers, Carl and Hartley; sisters-in-law, Doris Beatty (Claude) Hilda Morash (Elmer). Resting at Fair Haven Funeral Home with visitation on Sunday, May 27th, from 2 to 4 p.m. only and 1 to 2 p.m. on Monday. The funeral service will take place from the funeral home chapel on Monday, May 28th, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. A reception will follow the service in the Garden View Reception room. Interment in Fairhaven Memorial Gardens. Memorial donations to a charity of choice would be appreciated.
