Passed peacefully away at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital on Monday, March 09, 2009, age 77 years. Predeceased by her husband Leo J. Hennessey and grandson Joey. Left with fond and loving memories, her daughter Alethia (Malcolm) Mercer; sons: Les (Karen), Andrew (Rosalind) and Noel (Corinne) Hennessey; grandchildren: David (Betsy) and Michelle (Bob) Mercer, Renee, Blair, and Kyle Hennessey; sister Margaret Leonard, special friends Kevin and Carrie; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Special thanks to all of her friends at the Knights of Columbus, St. Clare Avenue; the nurses and doctors at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital; the Dialysis Unit, Waterford Hospital. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation Tuesday and Wednesday from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral Mass on Thursday, March 12th, at 11 a.m. from St. Teresa’s Church. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations in her memory may be made to the Diabetes Association.
