John William Struckett LONDON, ON - John William Struckett, 92 years of age, passed away peacefully at Parkwood Veterans hospital, London ON, on June 16th, 2007. John was a veteran of WWII. John is survived by his daughers, Judy (Jim) Dunfield, Ruth Clarke, and Carol Lavigne; also his sister, Grace (ted) Roberts; brother, Stewart (Shirley); eight grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews. John was predeceased by his wife, Susan 1980; and his first wife, Christina George; as well his special friend, Delores MacFarlane, 2003; brothers, Fred and Jim; and sisters, Joan Tuckwood and Dorothy Chadwick. At Johns request, there was no visitation. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Evans Funeral Home, London ON. A tree will be planted in John's memory, the family wishes to thank the doctors, nurses, and staff at Parkwood Hospital for their excellent care over the past 9 years.
