Joe Deveau 1938 - 2007 Passed away at the Moncton Hospital on Tuesday, July 10th, 2007 at the age of 68 years. Husband of Léonice Deveau (Geddry) of Dieppe. Born in Metegan, NS, he was the son of the late Moise and Elizabeth (Thibodeau) Deveau and adoptive parents, the late Willie and Stella LeBlanc. Retired as Supervisor of the Material Management Dept. of The Moncton Hospital. Besides his wife, Joe is survived by his daughter, Karen (Marc) of Dieppe; his two brothers, Medée (Lorraine) Deveau of Moncton & Philippe (Thérèse) Deveau of Black's Harbour; one sister, Beatrice Comeau of Moncton; and by several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by one brother, Philippe; and one sister, Edith LeBlanc. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Friends of The Moncton Hospital would be appreciated by the family. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Notre-Dame-de-Lorette Roman Catholic Church, 1542 Champlain Street, Dieppe (Lakeburn) on Saturday, July 14th, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. with Father Arthur Bourgeois officiating.
