Marie Breau 1924 - 2007 Marie Breau, age 83, of Manoir Notre Dame, passed away at the Dr. GeorgeS-L. Dumont Hospital on Thursday, July 19th, 2007 after a courageous battle with cancer. Born in Ste Marie de Kent on May 29th, 1924 Marie was the daughter of the late Jean Bastarache and the late Genevieve Roy. Marie is survived by her husband of 65 years, Calixte (Cail) Breau; three sons, Roger of Shediac, NB, Victor (Joy) of Sooke, BC, Clarence (Alma) Edmonton, AB; one daughter, Bernice (Brian Cuthbertson) of Grand Digue, NB; three grandchildren, Leslie (Marjorie) Davidson of Fredericton, NB, Christopher Breau of Edmonton, AB, Sarah Breau of Moncton, NB; three brothers, Aurele (Aldona) Bastarache of Memramcook, Ernee (Anna) Bastarache of Ste Marie de Kent, Gerard Bastarache of Kirkland Lake, ON; two sisters, Marguerite Bastarache of Ste Catherine, ON, and Marie Jeanne Melanson of Dieppe, NB; and by several nieces and nephews. Marie was predeceased by a son, Raymond Breau in 2004; one grandson, Kevin Davidson in 1989. At Marie's request there will be no viewing. There will be a mass to celebrate her life at the Notre Dame de la Paix Church, 87 Murphy St. Moncton on Saturday, July 28th 2007 at 11:00a.m. If desired, donations may be made to the Dr. Georges-L.
