FIGLEY
EVELYN FIGLEY of Moose Jaw, passed away at her residence on Monday, March 9, 2009 at the age of 81 years. Evelyn was born July 21, 1927 near the family farm at West Bend, Saskatchewan to Mike and Marie Andrusiak, the oldest of four children. Predeceased by her parents, one brother, one son, Merv (2006) and grandson, MCpl. Joshua Brian Roberts (2008), Evelyn leaves to mourn, Lorne Bray, her companion; her seven surviving children: James Figley (Donna McBeth), Keaton VanBryce (Roxanne), Stan Figley (Shelley), Ron Figley (Krystine), Gene Figley (Beth), Rod Figley (Claire), Bonny Rossler (Martin); grandchildren: Shawn, Morrison, Courtney, Kelli, Addrienne, Brady, Stephanie, Amelia, Tyler, Matthew; great-grandchildren: Athena, Jade, Lexx, Grace, Dale and Devin; brother, Lorne Andrusiak and family; and numerous nieces and nephews. The Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, March 12, 2009 at 3:30 p.m. in the W. J. Jones & Son Funeral Chapel, 106 Athabasca St. E., Moose Jaw. Major Donald Law will officiate. Cremation will follow with memorialization in the family plot at Foam Lake, Saskatchewan at a later date. For those so wishing, memorial donations may be made to the Salvation Army, 175 – 1st Ave, N.
