Anita Gallant 1924-2007 Peacefully at Spencers Nursing Home passed away Anita Gallant, 83, formerly of Devonshire Court, Moncton. Born June 25, 1924 in Moncton, she was the daughter of the late Bélonie and Marguerite (Cormier) Gaudet. She will be sadly missed by her four daughters, Marguerite Manning (Bruce) of Salisbury , Anna Gautreau (Laurie) ,Leona Boucher (Roger), Velma Melanson (Brian Strachan) all of Moncton; and by a son, André (Thérèse) of Moncton; ten grandchildren, Stephane, Bonnie, Bruce, Robbie, Léo, Joanne, Crystal, Todd, Jessica, Kimberley; and by ten great grandchildren, Lily, Samantha, Tianna, Kelsey, Brandon, Danielle, Erica, Hollie-Rose, Courtney and Britney. She was predeceased by her husband, Léo (1988); two sons, Paul, Emile; and by a brother, Emile. Resting at Frenette Funeral Home, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900). The funeral mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 7, 2007 at Our Lady of Assumption Cathedral, Moncton. Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery, Dieppe.
