Emily Pitcher 1926 - 2007 Emily Pitcher, 81 of Riverview, passed away surrounded by her loving family at The Moncton Hospital on Monday, August 6th, 2007. Born in Parsons Harbour, NFLD, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Mary (Peters) Knott. She is survived by her loving husband, Malcolm Pitcher; two daughters, Diane (Daryl) West of Dartmouth, NS, Cathy (James) Cook of Riverview, NB; four grandchildren, Keri, (Mike) Hart, Matthew Cook Riverview, NB, Erin and Sara West, Dartmouth NS; one sister, Evelyn Shirley, Charlottetown, PE; and brother, Leonard (Florence) Knott of North Sydney, NS. She was predeceased by her two sisters, Hilda and Irene; and her two brothers, Maxwell and Edward. There will be no visitation prior to the Memorial Service to be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, August 13th at St. John the Baptist Anglican Church, 28 Woolridge Avenue Riverview. Family flowers only. A reception will follow the service in the church hall. Interment in Fairhaven Memorial Gardens. In Emily's memory, donations may be made to The Friends of The Moncton Hospital Foundation or a memorial of the donor's choice.
