It is with great sorrow that the family announce the sudden passing of Ken Gibbons, age 52, of St. Vincent’s, S.M.B. He is predeceased by his mom and dad, Theresa and Paul Gibbons (1992), sister Olive Hickey (2009), mother and father-in-law Patricia and Richard Grace and brother-in-law Paul Grace. Remembering him with fond memories are his two beautiful children Kayla and Tyler and their mom Elizabeth, of Mount Pearl; brothers: Paul (Evelyn), St. Vincent’s, Hughie (Joan), St. Mary’s, Cecil (Linda), St. Vincent’s, Felix (Sharon), Yellowknife, sister Anastasia, Mount Pearl, special great niece Taylor, Paradise and a large circle of family and friends, especially his co-workers at the Coast Guard. Battcock Memorial Chapel, St. Vincent’s, on Wednesday, March 11, 2009, from 6 to 9 p.m. and Thursday, March 12, 2009, 12 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial to take place on Friday, March 13, 2009 at 10 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church, St. Vincent’s.
