Randall Kevin (Randy) Arsenault 1965 -- 2007 The death of Randy Arsenault of Moncton occurred on Wednesday October 3rd, 2007. Born in Moncton on May 20th, 1965 he was the son of Lorretta Arsenault and the late Francis Arsenault. He is survived by his mother; his sister Wendy (Eugene); three brothers Bernie, Bobbie and Donnie; as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
